A course calendar is more realistic when it excludes the days you already know are unavailable and reserves time before the final course date. The planner gives every assignment a clear preparation window instead of leaving the whole workload for the end.

How the calculation works
Even spacing without holiday conflicts
The calculator first creates every date from the course start through the course end. It keeps only your selected weekdays and removes all dates off. Each assignment receives an equal share of the remaining usable dates, with its deadline placed at the end of that preparation window.
Calendar dates are discrete, so perfectly identical gaps are not always possible. The planner keeps the difference between intervals as small as it can. When the number of assignments exceeds the number of usable dates, it preserves every assignment and clearly flags the unavoidable shared deadlines.

How does the assignment deadline planner calculate due dates?
The planner builds a list of usable dates between the course start and end dates, removes unchecked weekdays and every date-off period, and then spaces the selected number of assignments as evenly as possible across the dates that remain.
Are the course start and end dates included?
Yes. Both dates can be used when their weekdays are selected and they are not covered by a holiday or other date-off period.
What happens when there are more assignments than available dates?
The planner keeps every assignment and places more than one deadline on some dates. It also displays a warning so you can add study days, remove dates off or reconsider the course plan.
Can I exclude weekends, reading weeks and several holidays?
Yes. Select any combination of weekdays, then add as many single dates or date ranges as needed for public holidays, travel, reading weeks, religious observances, placements or personal commitments.
Can I set a submission time such as 11:59 PM?
Yes. Every generated deadline uses the submission time you enter. The default is 11:59 PM, a common online submission cutoff, but you can choose any local time required by your course.
Can I export the assignment plan?
Yes. Copy the schedule, download a CSV file for a spreadsheet, download an ICS calendar file with reminders, or print the plan. Calendar events use the deadline time entered in the planner.
Does Bobek save my course dates or assignments?
No. The schedule is calculated in your browser and is not sent to Bobek. Download or copy the plan before leaving the page if you want to keep it.
